This series of filling machine is used for glass bottled beverage,

non-carbonated drinks like water, flavor water, juice, wine, and other some beverage,

carbonated drinks: carbonated soft drinks, beer etc.

Glass bottle beverage caps contain aluminum screwing cap, crown cap, twist off cap. Mainly the three types.

Our company has all the capping machine for the three types, no matter single capping machine,

or 3-in-1 rinser-filler-capper monoblock. In the glass bottled wine packaging market, we owns the

 (1). Rinser

Usually , we use the pure water to clean the bottle, under the machine, set the water pump, only need to join the pure water to this pump, it will spry the water to the empty bottle

The glass bottle will be feed into the machine through the screw rod to the first part is rinsing part, there are many support seats and the bottle grippers  
  -The grippers take the bottles from the inlet star wheel while they are still driven by the star wheel, thus guaranteeing a safe grip.
  -the bottle is turned upside down and centered above a spraying nozzle which directs a stream of rinse water into the bottle. After the draining period the bottle is turned over to an upright position again.

(2).negative Filling valve

The liquid temperature is normal temperature

The liquid level of liquid vat keeps constancy liquid level and 1 air pressure under automatic controlling of liquid inlet valve. When the liquid valve liquid-inlet perch entering bottle, after sealing seals the bottle mouth, the air suction will start and setup negative pressure (vacuum), at this time, the liquid in liquid vat entering into bottle under function of pressure error. When the liquid level surpass liquid perch air suction hole, the pressure error will disappear, and air suction out stops, the filling finish.

Because the liquid is corrosive, so the filling part should not use the metal, the better we use the chimerical rubber as the filling pipe.

-The star wheels drive the bottles always "by the body" through the rinsing, filling and capping steps. For the various types of bottle, it is easy to adjust the structure for the operator by our specialized design.

(3). Capper

For the aluminum ,metal and the plastic cap the capping parts are different, in common the aluminum capsules are difficult

For the caps shape, we have the pressing sealing method, screw sealing method

The advanced programmable PLC is equipped to control the main machine.

The main electric components are all imported from the advanced countries. T

he parts which will touch water are made of SUS304 stainless steel.
